With the volume of packages coming into your community on a day-to-day basis, if you don’t have a convenient, digital method of accepting packages, alerting their rightful owners, and ensuring correct pickups, this process can quickly become overwhelming.

Did you know that package tracking, which is part of our Rise package, was the most-used feature in FRONTSTEPS last year? Seeing how many people use this tool, we decided to make it even easier to use, and added some more robust features as part of our #YouAskedWeListened initiative.

Package Scanning

Gone are the days of manually plugging in packages to your system thanks to package scanning! Customers can now add packages to the system using their smartphone, computer, tablet, or Zebra scanners. By scanning the package, the system will import the tracking number and carrier name associated with the package. This new feature will significantly cut down on time spent processing packages.

Digital Signature Pad

You can now obtain digital signatures when residents pick up their packages with our new signature pad. This maintains a high level security and accountability for packages being processed into the community, and ensures the rightful owner is the one picking up the package.
