Are the folders password protected?

You can password protect the folders with a password. This is set by the Manager/Admin of the site. Furthermore, folders that are set security roles will only be visible to those with that role. For example: An owner will have access to Folders set in "Owner" role. 

Is pricing per unit, per month?

How are bookings approved? 

Bookings have to be approved by the manager/admin role. 

How do you enable comments in the bulletins area? 

When using the bulletins in "Latest Community News" you can enable comments. We suggest that our customers create a forum and discuss issues and ask community questions there.
