Top Support Questions: AV

Technology isn't always our friend. Sometimes it trips us up and we need a little help from our friends! Our support team is especially friendly and great at helping. And many HOA and PMC leaders run into the same challenges when dealing with websites and dashboards. Here the answers to some common questions. (PS: I forget my passwords all. the. time!)

#1 How to sign up for an account

First, navigate to your Sign Up Page by following the steps below. Then, follow the instructions provided to fill out the Sign Up form.

  1. Use your Web Browser to go to your Association’s page.

  2. Click the “Resident Sign In” button to go to the Login page.

  3. From the “New User” section on the Login page, click “Sign Up.”

Follow the following instructions to complete the Sign Up form.

  1. Enter your information the SAME WAY it is listed within the directory.

  2. Enter your email address, then create and confirm the password you wish to use for this site.

  3. Let us know if you would like to receive information by Email, Mail, or Both by selecting one of the buttons.

  4.  Read and agree to the Terms of Service to finish signing up.

SWEET! Once you have agreed to the Terms, you will be signed in to your account

#2: How to reset your forgotten password or sign in name

If you're having trouble signing in, you can reset your Password or Sign In Name by following the instructions provided below.

  1. Use your Web Browser to go to your Association’s page.

  2. Click the “Resident Sign In” button to go to the Sign In page.

  3. From the “Forgot Your Sign In…” section on the Sign In page, click the “Forgotten Sign In Name or Password” link.

  4. Enter the email address you used to sign up for an account.

  5. Click on the image that matches the word prompt, then click the “Reset My Password” button.

Voila! You'll be sent an email containing instructions on how to reset your password.

 

#3 How to Retrieve your forgotten login name and/or password

If you are having trouble signing in, you can retrieve your Login Name and/or Password by following the instructions provided below.

  1. Use your Web Browser to go to your Community’s page.

  2. Navigate to “Login” then click the “Resident Login” link.

  3. Click the “Forgot your Password” button to go to the password retrieval page.

  4. In the Lost Password Help form, enter your account’s Email Address or enter your First Name and Last Name. Then, click the “Submit” button.

Yay! If your account exists in the system, your Login Name and most recent Password will be emailed to you.
