Bernie Huerta, Caliber Support Manager, shares his thoughts on how communities can build tighter relationships through better communications. In the 30-minute webinar, Bernie takes us through common problems that communities (and generally all businesses) face and his recommendations on how to address them.

Along with Bernie, we had a few attendees on the webinar recommend how they leverage technology to help with their own communication challenges. Here are a few recommendations from the attendees:

·     Leverage your community website to another communication channel. With so many homeowners utilizing smart devices with phones and tablet, the community website is another channel to spread important information in the community.

·     If you partner with a Community Portal provider, leverage the technology and remind residents that it exists. Community portals are a great way to create a single communication channel between the resident and community manager.
