We’re excited about the launch of our new CEO Town Hall webinar series! Yesterday our leaders, Jamie Clymer, CEO of FRONTSTEPS, and Ken Wilson, President of Caliber, hosted the first episode aimed sharing both their industry and business knowledge with our customers.
The first episode focused on the importance of having an open API. They covered what an API is, and how open platforms benefit other software providers, customers, and our industry as a whole.
Since acquiring Caliber, we’ve received numerous questions around the future of their API, which Ken addresses in the webinar. Both leaders also share their vision for the future of FRONTSTEPS as a whole, and where they believe community management software will go in the future.
